Fees, stated plainly

Zhopwe charges you the subscription price and nothing else. We take no percentage of your sales. Your payment gateway charges its own transaction fee directly to you — compare gateways before choosing one.

How the trial works

Fourteen days, no card. At the end you choose a plan to keep selling. If you do nothing, your store stops serving shoppers but your products, orders and settings stay exactly as they are and you can export them or come back.

What is not included

  • Payment gateway fees are charged by your gateway, not by us. You need your own merchant account with them — we will help you connect it.
  • Your own domain name is bought from a registrar and renewed by you. The platform subdomain is free and included.
  • Product photography, product descriptions and translations are yours to provide. The tools to manage them are included.
  • Your store's policies, tax registration and invoice requirements are your responsibility. We give you editable starting templates and clearly mark what needs your review.
